Registering For A Walk

There are two ways to register for a walk: 

• The first way to register for a walk is to physically go to a designated location with Physical Start Box “PSB”.  All Traditional Walks and Traveling Group Walks will have a physical start point/box where you can register for the walk. Some Year Round events and Seasonal Event will have a Physical Start Box. 

• Other Year Round and Seasonal Events will have an Online Start Box “OSB” where you must register online using electronic means (computer, telephone, etc.) To register online you must pay $2 for a map and if doing awards another $2 when you complete the walk. Some year round and seasonal walks have both online and physical start point. 

The AVA.org website that gives you information about each walk will tell you which method each walk uses and provides a link to register if it has an OSB.
